Processing time

  • Client deposits are processed by UAG Markets every day, 24 hours 7 days a week.
  • The processing time for deposits and withdrawals is subject to the chosen or requested method.
  • Kindly note that if there is a delay in the transfer of funds to your bank or wallet account, it could be a result of extended processing time by your bank or the PSP involved.
  • The duration of processing for crypto deposits and withdrawals will be determined by the confirmation time in the blockchain network.
  • Withdrawal time is up to 24 hours upon approval.
  • Rate on deposit & withdrawal may be changed without prior notice.
  • It is important to be vigilant when using local deposit methods and only communicate and transact with our authorized local depositors. Their details can be found in the client cabinet.

Method charges

  • UAG Markets does not add any extra fees for deposits and withdrawals, but it's important to remember that certain PSPs may apply charges for transactions made to and from their platforms.
  • UAG Markets will not responsible on any such fees incurred or imposed by PSP’s.
  • UAG Markets does not cover the costs of processing fees and minimal charges associated with crypto payment methods.
  • Please note that any fees charged by Paypal for deposits and withdrawals are not covered by UAG Markets.
  • Due to price fluctuations in the crypto market, there may be a discrepancy between the requested price during deposit submission and the amount processed into the trading account in USD.
  • Any fees incurred for deposits and withdrawals made through international wire transfer will not be covered by UAG Markets as the charges vary between different banks.

AML & 3rd party

  • All deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from accounts registered under the same name. Third-party transfers are not permitted and will not be processed, regardless of the funding method used.

Additional

  • The Client acknowledges that funding accounts via credit card occurs exclusively on the company’s official website. It is understood and agreed that the credit card's name must match the Client’s registered name in the company’s account. Deposits not complying with this requirement will be declined.
  • The Client agrees to follow the Company’s guidance by sharing only the first six (6) and last four (4) digits of their card number. For security, the Client commits to obscuring the CVV numbers on the back when providing a copy. Other relevant details, such as the cardholder’s name, expiry date, and bank name, will be visible, with the Client ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • The Client accepts that credit card transactions (deposits) are final and non-reversible. The Company reserves the right to manually review orders showing potential fraud. For security, the Company may contact the Client to verify the order. If the Client cannot be reached promptly, the order may be subject to cancellation.
  • The Client additionally affirms and acknowledges that the recourse to Chargeback is not permissible in instances where the Company has already completed a requested transaction.
  • The Client acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for delays in Credit Card transactions caused by third parties, transaction processes, or legal impediments in any jurisdiction during such transactions.
  • In case of a Chargeback dispute, the Client agrees that the Company can withhold the Chargeback until resolution, understanding that it may impact transactions within the Client’s account(s).
  • The Company reserves the right to offset the Client’s obligations and liabilities against their Balances, including amounts related to Chargebacks, subject to legal permissibility.
